⚠️ Safety & Care
- Fire-resistant, not heat-proof. The Fire Mat is designed to resist flames and protect surfaces from sparks and embers. However, it does not completely block heat transfer. During prolonged use, heat can pass through the mat.
- Use on heat-resistant surfaces. For extended cooking or when using high-output stoves or fire pits, always place the mat on a stable, heat-resistant, non-combustible surface. Do not rely on the mat alone to protect heat-sensitive materials.
- Surface may become hot. After use, allow the Fire Mat to cool completely before handling, folding or storing.
- Fibreglass construction. The mat is manufactured from fibreglass with a heat-resistant coating. Some users may experience mild skin irritation or a prickly sensation when handling the material. We recommend wearing gloves when setting up, packing away or cleaning the mat.
