CHANGE OF MIND

If you have changed your mind, we will offer a refund or exchange on most items within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the items.

Please make sure the item meets with our Returns Policy and that:

  • The return is made within 30 days of purchase;
  • Items are in their original condition;
  • Items are not clearance, reduced to clear;
  • Items are not listed as exclusions in our Returns Policy; and
  • You have acceptable proof of purchase

Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase.

DAMAGE OR FAULTY RETURNS

You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund where item(s) are:

  • Is damaged, defective or not of acceptable quality;
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose; or
  • Does not match its description.

Product Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and components included.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required. If 30 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund unless the above criteria is met.

Where an item is damaged through misuse, neglect or abnormal use, EST CAMP will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.

Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase.
