SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are determined at checkout. Bulky items with significant weight or large cubic volume may incur additional freight charges as classified by our courier companies, which will be calculated at checkout.

SAFE DROP

Your order will be left in a secure location at your address, as determined by our delivery drivers. Please ensure safe and unobstructed access to your property. Once the delivery is completed, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the order.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

We partner with various national carriers, including Australia Post and other selected couriers, to ensure prompt delivery of your order. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on your location.

• For metropolitan areas, standard deliveries typically arrive within 3-8 business days after dispatch.
• For WA, NT, and regional areas, delivery is usually within 7-10 business days after dispatch.
• For remote areas 14–20 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak sale periods. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: As we use couriers to deliver all parcels, products will not be delivered to an unattended address (e.g Parcel Locker or PO Box).

CLICK & COLLECT

We’re pleased to offer Click & Collect from our Sydney warehouse in Greenacre.

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification with your collection details.

Please note that bookings are essential, as our warehouse is unattended and not open to the public for walk-ins. After your order has been processed, our team will contact you via email or phone with further instructions and available collection times.
